Return Policy
At EcommerceReadyMade, we want you to love every product you receive. If something is not right, please review the guidelines below before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Return eligibility
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery if all of the following apply:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and free gifts (if any) are included.
- You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).
2. Items we cannot accept for return
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare, makeup, fragrance, hair care, or personal care products.
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional free gifts.
- Customised or special-order products.
- Products without original packaging or with broken safety seals.
3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra shipping cost where applicable.
4. How to start a return
- Sign in to your account and open My Profile → Orders, or email support@ecommercereadymade.com with your order number.
- Describe the reason for your return and attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and return instructions. Do not send items back without approval.
- Pack the product securely in its original box and include all accessories and documentation.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Bank or mobile-wallet processing times may vary. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead. Exchange shipping may apply for change-of-mind requests.
7. In-store purchases
Products bought at our physical store may be returned within 7 days with the original receipt, subject to the same condition requirements above. Online-only promotions may not apply to in-store purchases.
